Physical Products:

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Items must be returned in original packaging where applicable.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Custom team spirit earrings
• Any personalized or made-to-order items

These items are created specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

All products are handmade. As such:

• Slight variations in color, texture, size, and design may occur.
• Variations between product photos and received items are normal.
• These differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the item
• Description of the issue

We will review and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use or handling
• Minor variations inherent to handmade items
• Change of mind after use

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Digital Products:

No refunds after purchase, as they are non-tangible and irrevocable
